Dashboard

To gain insight into employability, we use the Net Employability Standard (NES). This method was developed in cooperation with TNO.

The NES score is graded on the dashboard for each sub area (work ability, work-related health and lifestyle).

The aim of the dashboard is to give the organization insight at a glance into the employability of employees within the organization and their department. The icons visualize the underlying themes. The color of the score indicates the score compared to the benchmark. The benchmark is formed by more than 100,000 employees within different sectors in the Netherlands.
