ESS-monitor

An Employee Satisfaction Survey (ESS) provides insight into how employees experience their work, organization and work environment. To measure this, Informens uses the ESS monitor. The employee satisfaction survey consists of 11 domains, which can be deployed modularly.

The results are clearly displayed in a group report containing the ESS monitor, which makes it clear at a glance where attention is required. This is how we help organizations work purposefully on engaged and satisfied employees.
