PSA-compass

Psychosocial workload (PSA) includes the risks in the work environment that can cause stress and psychosocial complaints. PSA is part of the RI&E, a legally required instrument to guarantee the safety and health of employees.

To provide insight into these psychosocial occupational risks, Informens uses the PSA compass. The extensive PSA study consists of 11 domains, 5 contributed by the Labour Inspectorate and 6 by extensive literature research, which can be used modularly.

The results are clearly displayed in a group report containing the PSA compass, which makes it clear at a glance where attention is required. This is how we help organizations to focus on a safe and healthy work environment.
